By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

🔹 2. Eligibility

Must be 18+ to attend (unless accompanied by a legal guardian or pre-approved).

🔹 3. Payment Policy

• Deposit: $25 non-refundable

• Full Payment Due: NA

• Late or missing payments may forfeit your spot.

🔹4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel 30+ days before: 50% refund (excludes deposit) - not applicable to for July 6th event

• Cancel within 30 days: No refund

• If WE cancel: Full refund including deposit

🔹 5. Travel & Insurance

• Travel not included.

• Travel insurance strongly recommended

🔹 6. Health Disclaimer

This event may include physical activity. By attending, you confirm you're healthy and participate at your own risk.

🔹 7. Code of Conduct

Respect others and the retreat/event space.
Disruptive behavior = dismissal without refund.

🔹 8. Liability Waiver

You release Dr. Linda Marquez Goodine,  staff and venue from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.

🔹 9. Photo/Video Consent

Photos/videos may be used for future promo. Opt-out by emailing us before the retreat. NO RECORDING (AUDIO OR VISUAL OF EVENT) ALL MATERIAL IS PROPRIETY INFORMATION

🔹 10. Program Changes

We reserve the right to adjust the schedule, activities, or facilitators as needed.
